Clean Room System
For Clean Room applications, Electrostatic Filter modules are available with air flow capacities of 500 CMH, 2000 CMH, 3000CMH and 4000 CMH per module. These can be stacked together for catering to large air flow requirements and at the same time retain the efficiency of electrostatic filtration. The high voltage power pack can be mounted at a remote location. These modules can be retro-fitted to existing mechanical filter units to improve the filtration efficiency without change in suction fan power requirements.
We can provide upto class 100000 dust controlled rooms witout the use of airconditioning or HEPA filters.
These filter modules are ideal for use as prefilters for higher than class 1,00,000 clean rooms, saving electricity and extending the life of the terminal HEPA filters by over 3 times.
